“They have a large variety of products, lots of options for your 'pest' needs. The employee that was there, I believe that his name was 'Mike' was very articulate and knowledgeable about the products that he had. He listened to my issues and helped with showing me numerous options, how to properly employ each type of trap, manual, chemical, etc. I first went there several years ago and I continue to go back for 'expert' advice. I forgot to ask about the 'Under New Management' sign but it was good years ago and it is still my choice to go to for products and information. The big box stores might be a little less expensive but they don't typically have knowledgeable employees who can answer specific questions about products and they generally have fewer options/products. I went there yesterday, 21JUNE18.”

“I had a bit of a rat issue in my house. My husband and I went in to the store hoping and praying that we could find a solution for our problem. SUPER friendly gentleman that works there advised us on what poison/traps to use. We did exactly as he said and within a few hours caught the “leader” of the “rat pack!” I couldn’t be more grateful for the help this gentleman provided us and am ecstatic that we got the big guy! BEST PEST PLACE EVER!!!”

“Supposedly closes at 4pm on Saturday. I called at 3:34 pm and got a recording saying they were either on another line or helping a customer in store. I left a message letting them know I was on my way over and what my needs were. I pulled in at 3:53 and they were closed. My guess is they were closed when I called. So much for the “new management“.”
