“We've been very impressed with Pestban over the years. They've been our pest solution experts for 10+ years in 2 different homes. Every technician is professional and thorough. Whenever we have an issue, they resolve it in 48 hours or less. Recently Jeff T. treated a few areas for wasps and was very professional, detailed, and gave us great advice moving forward for spotting wasps, hornets, and how to avoid them.”

“Since we moved into our house we've always seen red wasps and carpenter bees flying around, but this year they seem to be everywhere and they are now getting inside the house. I also discovered the carpenter bees were drilling fat holes into my deck and I spent most of the season trying unsuccessfully to swat and spray them myself. The technician they sent out walked around my house and spotted 5 wasp nests right away, some were under the deck and some were way up near the roofline. I swear I was looking for them and never would have seen these myself. He went into my attic and noted I have daylight coming in near the roof's edges. The house may have settled and warped but there were 2-3 wide cracks and the wasps were getting into my attic (from their nests nearby) and then trapped, then attracted by the light of my family room bay windows. As for the carpenter bees, I found 3 holes in my deck myself but the technician found 7 more in places I never would have noticed myself. The bee holes were filled with an insecticidal dust and the wasp nests were sprayed from a very very tall ladder. It's been a couple weeks and I rarely see either insect anymore. They're still around, but the population around my house has dramatically decreased. One red wasp still got inside my house, but it was pale and sickly compared to any of the others. Once we seal the attic hopefully that should take care of that problem entirely.”
