“I signed up in oct 2011 and now in April 2012 my yard looks worse than when they started !!! Not only did they ruin my yard but theyre always messing up in the billing dept. I cancelled last week and they insisted on coming to my house for me to sign cancellation papers. I made the appt. They never showed up. I called them and they said it wasn't on the books and it was no big deal. I then got a call today saying I owed 250. In which I paid this morning with a life agent. The incompetent idiot I spoke with asked why I cancelled. I told him how bad my yard works and that we ate moving in 30 days. He said no one will buy my house if the yard looks bad. I then told him it already sold ! What is it his business anyways !? All the agents I have ever dealt with can barely talk right and sound like pathetic low life's. Never hire them !!!!!”
