“I was a long-term customer of Pest Stoppers and used them for both quarterly pest control as well as annual termite inspection/warranty. Their service quality is very poor over the last year and many of the people working there have changed. Chris, the owner, called me and tried to charge me for a re-spray (a clear violation of their contract), called me a liar and refused to refund the balance on my termite warranty when I cancelled due to his attitude. I suing...hopefully, you won't give them your business, as they simply are in it for themselves and have forgotten who puts food on their table every night (the customer, me!). See you in court, Chris...it's a matter of principle!!!”

Chris really cares about his clients and is always putting them first. they are a small business competing in a big corporate world and are doing a FANTASTIC job! Every company has to cancel and reschedule from time to time and that is apart of life! When they do miss an appointment, they are typically calling immediately and are very apologetic.
