“Missed our first appointment without calling. On reschedule he was late even after telling him originally I would have to pick my child up from school an hour after the scheduled time so he wouldn't be late. Luckily my child ended up staying home that day. Then told me he wants a annual fee for him to come out and check his work if I didn't pay the annual fee of $135 he could not guarantee his work for the 7 years it was suppose to last. When I declined his offer he became offended and said " I'm happy I won't have to come back".”
