“Called because we thought we might have a bedbug infestation. Scott, the owner/inspector/estimator came out very quickly and did a very thorough inspection of entire house. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to answer any questions we had, assured us that there was no bedbug problem, and even placed some glue traps around to capture any future uninvited pests. The cost was $150 for the inspection. Would definitely use this firm again if needed and highly recommend them.”

“After having a contract with Ehrlich for years as a locally-owned business in Delaware, they ‘sold out’ and now you deal with people in Pennsylvania. The new contact that handled what we needed never called us back after I reported a problem; after two weeks of waiting and trying to get service, I desperately called PestPro1 in Camden, DE and spoke with Scott (I called another local, but the phone call was very unprofessional with dogs barking in the background, etc.) Scott and I talked in length (he listens very well and aims to please), and he said to let him know if he could help. We were finally able to have an Ehrlich tech come on a Thursday but he never showed for the appointment after waiting all day, and even calling PA to confirm we did have an appointment that day. I called Scott back on a Friday afternoon when we got home from errands, and he had his man here the following Monday morning. His tech was so nice and professional and down to earth, and he totally treated what we needed done. (No more of those critters since!) We canceled our contract with Ehrlich and now have one with PestPro1. We prefer to support local businesses, and PestPro1 has great service and very nice employees to deal with. Also, their quarterly service is four times a year, not three like Ehrlich has.”
