During our initial conversation they really took the time to hear me out and find out what I was looking for. We set up an appointment for them to come out and take a look at my house, before they came out I got an email from the owner with the names of the two men who would be doing the inspection. He also assured me they didn't smoke so my house wouldn't stink and made sure I knew a lot about them so I would feel comfortable having them in my home. Once they arrived they took their shoes off so they wouldn't track in any dirt and asked me lots of questions. Then they got in and got out and I haven't seen a single bug since.
