“I haven’t used Pest Blasters (and definitely wouldn’t) but they did come inspect our home when we were selling it as part of the buyer’s home inspection. They reported that our detached garage had termite damage and they quoted us $300 to treat. Luckily, I decided to get estimates from both Terminex and Viking Pest Control and sure enough when they came out to inspect both companies said there was definitely no termites in the house or garage. Instead, they said we did have some carpenter ant activity in the garage and areas of the wood that most likely squirrels had bitten at. I can’t speak for everyone, but I can say I wouldn’t trust a pest company who can’t tell the difference between carpenter ants and termites. Beware of unknowledgeable technicians.”
