“I hope that I am the only one, but I doubt it. I was refinancing my home and this company has cost me in time and money because they want to do expensive and unneeded whole home termite treatment. They did a termite inspection and found a small area at my front door that had previous termite damage (home was built in 1962) with no termites. They could have spot treated that area and been done. Instead of looking out for me they left did a negative report and said they would come out next month and treat the whole home for over $800 and put me on a yearly plan for around $160 a year. Again I don't have any termites and I treat my home and yard myself every year. As they had me against the wall they said that they would fill out the form so I could close if I agreed to the treatment, so I reluctantly agreed. They then didn't update the form so I could close! I would not recommend them. There are many others in the area with much more integrity.”

“One of their drivers with a T1 on his truck cut right in front of me and if I hadn't slammed my brakes would've caused an accident all because he was in to much of a hurry to get out from behind a slower vehicle. So instead of waiting for me to get by so he would have room to get in the left lane he cut over last minute and almost caused me to hit him”
