I asked the service man to leave me a note to tell me what he had seen and done, but no list was found. So, I don't know what we are paying for. We are thinking of shopping around. Every time it's a different service man. Also, when I walked up to the shed. I found him sitting and as he said, killing time because he got here a little early. Are we paying for him to sit in our shed and kill time? Not very happy with the service lately.

Technician Kevin was great! I am having a problem with bees and Orkin never provided the poor guy with a bee suit. Also some of the equipment he used wasn't working correctly. Due to the location of the nest, there wasn't much they could do without cutting the ceiling apart to get to it. Kevin was great but I feel like I didn't get what I paid for in some respects.

Very excellent work! He found and destroyed several bees nests, not just the 2 I knew about. Also, I called on Friday and he came the following morning. Very prompt!
