Ah Orkin. What a mess. There is a phone number to call. I have probably tried this number 25 times… Left tons of voicemails. Not one call back. We had a service scheduled, but we were not going to be home. Left a voicemail to let them know not to come. No response. No callback. Of course the technician shows up and has to leave because I told him that we were not home. The next week, a technician shows up and does the outside perimeter. Does not do anything in the garage or inside of the house like they usually do. I have Called Orkin 10 times to try to get somebody to come back to properly complete the treatment. No answer. No callback. I hate to leave bad reviews. I’m leaving this review in the hopes that maybe this will prompt them to give me a call back. Will be canceling my service due to the lack of communication.

They were fantastic at first work with me on issues I had. But then when it came to the retreatment scheduling the office wont return my phone calls and they keep rescheduling the retreat without asking me my availability. My roommate works from home and we have animals in house and I've told them this multiple time. I've now had to reschedule 3 different time, and I'm now at the point of just canceling.
