This company actually wants to charge to correct their own admitted mistakes. Always claim they have gotten rid of the high pressure scare tactics then proceed to do exactly the same. Can always tell when a technician performs an inspection vs a salesman. I was actually told by the last salesman that the techs don’t do a complete inspection. Really……

So far Orkin has been more than awesome….I can possibly say that they have made me feel comfortable. I like the fact that they have a home inspector come out for your initial visit because that allows the homeowner to know what’s going on with the home and how to treat the long term issues….my home inspector was OJ and my tech well I forgot his name lol but the both of them were awesome ??

The inspector and technicians were very professional, knowledgeable , polite, and friendly. They took time to explain what they would be doing. They answered all of my questions. The inspector showed me pictures of the areas he inspected and explained them in detail. I highly recommend OrkinBranch 451.
