Simple easy service, and polite staff. Easy to reschedule. Not sure I completely understand what they do as treatment for the interior, but so far no pests! A bit pricey, but I don’t feel that it is dishonest business compared to a smaller startup company tried last year.

Marcus Barnes the technician who serviced my home this afternoon 8/21/23 was outstanding in every possible way. The stars are only for his service. The company is the worst, they have not returned any of my 4 calls to them. They texted me on Saturday with an unworkable time for service but were not available to take my reply--just the worst customer service.

They were able to come the same day and remove some aggressive wasps that had taken up residence right by the front door. The technician came right in time, at the beginning of the appointment window, and he charged less than the quote because it was a quick job for him. We are very grateful to be able to use the front door again! Well, by tomorrow, anyway, once all the wasps realize they've been evicted.

Was setup for monthly service for preventive care. All they did was come and spray some spray along some of the baseboards for $54/month. Called and left voicemail for a service but never got a call back. Would show up for monthly services randomly without letting me know. Techs say that the main office confirmed even though I was never informed. Would not recommend.
