I called for an inspection they scheduled a few days away, and the inspector was in the area and asked if she could come the same day 15 min from calling. Termite treatment is what I needed inspector had 15 or more years of experience she pointed out everything that I did not know was an issue then drew up plans for treatment. less than a week the team of guys showed up and treated my property. I would recommend using them to anyone for termites because they don’t play around and you will get what you pay for I chose the 5 year treatment warranty $4,200.00 they come out one time every year after treatment to check bate stations for replacement. They also have a 3 year plan but I recommendation is go with the 5 year plan. They put a 6in trench around my house of poison, put foam in my walls, and about 35 bate stations

Danny was very thorough and kind. I had the initial visit and full service, they will be coming back each month to spray & if there are any issues in between sprays then they come back at no charge and spray again. I’m very happy and thankful with the service this company is providing!!

So responsive! I first went into the website around 4pm. Got a call back before 6pm. The two people who have been here so far (Alexandra and Danny) have been very communicative. They have explained and answered and suggested and both my husband and I are thrilled. Scheduling has been easy and fast. We're really happy, and the pests are going away!

Brittany was very sweet when I called. Lintoln was wonderful when he came out. He was professional, easy to talk to and explained the process as he sprayed the house. I haven’t seen a bug in the house since then.

When I first started service the guy that came out must have family high up because he was here maybe 15 minutes and left…the second guy that came out WOW he was amazing thank goodness he was the normal guy to come out! He did everything and by the way her way here for an hour getting every crack and crevice! But that great service was short lived…he quit and man I miss him! The company then send out another guy with no information about what needs to be done or any notes from the previous employee…so I don’t blame the new guy…the company did nothing to help the employee succeed! Now after a couple of months…I pay monthly but I call 4 different times in two months and nothing…finally after 2 months I get someone to answer to get someone to come out…I have a big problem paying for a service and get bad service and like I said I don’t blame the new guy….I blame the company the upper management for bad office personnel, and leaving their field employees in the dark!

***UPDATE*** October 2023-This company has been a huge blessing. We had a couple of issues we were dealing with at our house and they were able to get all of them under control. I wish I would have started service years ago! My initial visit was quick and the technician was friendly and able to answer my questions. I feel confident after the visit but will update a few months down the road to see if the spray is working.
