US Veteran here-The Pest Exterminator arrived early and did a breakdown of the service that would be provided. The young man took his time to answer all of our questions/concerns before he inspected the areas. Not once did he appear irritated from our questions. It is hard to come by good customer service these days but today was our lucky day. Thank you for every thing.

The service no longer /text called to schedule an appt. Just a text to say ‘ we’re on our way’ … and I wasn’t home and couldn’t make it in time to open access to 3/4 of my house. Then I checked my CC and apparently rates have gone up which I also feel as though I was not made aware. The techs are always nice and helpful… but general management is now very corporate and distant. I’ll be looking for a more local service.
