Orkin man came out at 3:45 and was done at 3:52 wow what a quick job for the money I pay for Orkin to take care of my home. I need to find someone else to service my home better than this. Highly disappointed.

I forgot the young man’s name but the young man that came out the last treatment and today was awesome. I want to thank Orkin for sending this young man out that was very professional and has great customer service. The holiday season can quickly become overwhelming with so many demands that we often shift gears to focus on the demands that are pulling on us during this time. In spite of how complex our demands can be come I am proud to say that Orkin was still able to maintain their integrity. They sent out service appointment reminders and as always provide professional quality service to meet our needs. In addition to meeting our needs they went above and beyond to share the holiday cheer by going above and beyond to accommodate our service needs and for that we will forever be faithful loyal customer. Jeff Goin was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and took time to explain all the services. Was somewhat taken back when he informed us that the only way we could get their services was to sign up for 1 year. Can transfer service to different location if we move. Had been told by service center that we could cancel with 30 day notice but Mr Goin said that was not true.
