Love our technician.. Always on time ,polite and professional. Only problem is with management of his branch. Could not do our monthly spraying due to illness in our house. Office staff called and said if I cancel my monthly for that month, I would lose my contract. Management called and corrected the issue.

I can’t rave enough about my experience with Orkin. I had renters cause a massive German roach infestation in my beautiful home. After the first exterminatorI called failed to get it under control I thought all was lost. A family member works for Orkin on the West Coast and suggested I give them a call and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve EVER made. My tech Brian got to work immediately . From the get go I could tell he truly cared about my situation . The communication and thoroughness was above and beyond. He got everything under control quickly and efficiently. I was finally able to move back in and haven’t had a single issue since. I am still shocked. Orkin is extremely organized- I get reminders of appointments ahead of time, texts when they’re on the way and arrive. And Brian has gone above and beyond to ensure my home is well taken care of.

Fritz was great to work with! He explained everything fully so that we could understand what he was doing. He took great care to make sure our pets would be safe and even brought treats for them. He did both inside and outside treatments so we can make sure the critters stay outside!
