We've been using Orkin for about 1 1/2 years now. They treat inside & outside of my property. Everyone has always been very nice & extremely helpful. Where I live we have problems with lots of spiders. Since using Orkin I've only seen a few here & there. They're extremely thorough with treatments & actually take their time. I love that I have the option a to call them in between scheduled treatments if needed. I haven't had to but love that I can if need be. They're very flexible with scheduling & rescheduling. I've had to reschedule twice before & they were absolutely understanding. Thankfully I was able to let them know when I wanted to reschedule for & got right on the schedule for that day. I would absolutely recommend them ?

Took the time to listen and understand our issue and then took the time to check everywhere and then take the correct action and then explained what he did and told to us no matter what call if we need anything and he will come back out. Normally the service is decent but this month they continue to disappoint. We had to reschedule our appointment because our house had Covid, the new date and time was set, we got all the text verifications of service between 2-4 and then they were a no call no show. Left a voicemail and never got a return call just another text with another date and a huge window of 8-3 on a Saturday they still were a no call no show. Our security cameras saw the individual showed up outside the time window and therefore no one was home. Disappointed in the customer service and communication especially with such a large time window on a Saturday, near the Holidays. Who has time to sit around and wait 7 hours just for no one to show up?!?

My tech is very reliable. When an issue arises, I make a call to my local orkin and they schedule someone to come out. I am very happy with their services. They have helped us with a few issues in our new home. Highly recommend.

I called this morning about yellow jackets in my siding and they were able to make a visit the same day! I don't like using pesticides and try to avoid it at all costs. But, unfortunately, the hornets/ yellow jackets took over in an area that has a good deal of foot traffic. The individual taking my information in the morning was very kind and detailed as well as sensitive to the fact this needed to be taken care of in a timely manner. Even though it was a same day service, they were able to accommodate my work schedule. Since they were coming out... I opted for a free temite inspection just to be sure. The person treating the stinging insects and the other inspector for termites were extremely professional, efficient, and very pleasant. Luckily we were termite free. The technician is will come out again if the yellow jackets Are still around. I used Orkin last year For a similar problem just on the other side of my house.
