I had a very disappointing experience with Orkin. I scheduled service and waited a full week for them to come out. They were supposed to show up on Friday, but no one ever came and I received no call, no confirmation, and no explanation. After missing the appointment, they simply rescheduled me for Thursday without speaking to me or confirming that worked. I have also been unable to get anyone on the phone, so I can’t even tell them that I no longer want the service. At this point, I would not recommend them. The lack of communication and the no-show after making me wait a week is completely unacceptable.

Very fast service! Did a thorough inspection, showed us where the problem areas were. Then treated all areas. Our guy, Christian, was so nice. Very knowledgeable and sincere. Explained everything he was doing and why. So happy we found Orkin!!

We had an exceptionally good experience today with Joe who works out of the Henrietta, NY office. He was responsive, effective at addressing the concern and displayed a high level of sensitivity to the circumstances at my father’s home. Rare to encounter someone with that level of understanding these days. Well done Orkin!

Aaron, the service manager, Performed my service in the early evening. They were going to cancel my inside service because the storm was coming and the original service man had to get home for fear of being caught in the storm. The original man only did the outside, but my intention was needing the inside. I contacted the company and explained the situation. I had worked this single date and time frame out a month ago with the office staff and it was very important that I had my inside service done. Every time Orkin comes I never have a problem so I like to keep my service continuous without a lapse of time. Aaron called me and he volunteered to come out and do the service on his own. He arrived with a pleasant attitude and he did everything I asked him to do. I am impressed with Orkin’s dedication to customer service. I am impressed with Aaron’s attention to customer need and he valued my time. He valued that I rearranged my work schedule and he made it happen. I could tell, he was never intending on asking me to reschedule. Class act!! He appears to be a leader in the company., His pride and dedication for the company he works for…shined through. Professional. Courteous. Friendly. Punctual. Best of all…. An Army Veteran. Aaron, Thank you for your service to me and my home. Thank you to your service for our beautiful country. 🇺🇸

Antonio Regalbuto is the guy they have. I appreciate his service and professionalism. I've asked the local office to shift my scheduled appointments to the weekend, but somehow the appointments keep getting scheduled during the week when I'm at work. I shared this with Antonio, and he helped to get the appointment rescheduled. Thank you so much, Antonio!

We hired orkin 10/6 for orkin shield, pest control and gutter guard. They came out a few days later to do the gutter guards and orkin shield. We paid them in FULL $6586.92 on 10/9 and they were supposed to come back and put on the down spout guards but NEVER did. Never showed up for the Pest spray.We ended up calling a different company who came out the very same day! Orkin is a very unreliable company. There has been NO communication at all from Orkin. We have left several messages and no call back. And for their product to come off after a little bit of wind is a little concerning. We feel we were taken advantage of and sold bad product. We asked for the 30 day money back guarantee but this company had refused any communication from us. Again we paid them in FULL $6586.92. I added 2 photos of the gutter guards that are coming off after 2 weeks. UPDATE: 11/16/25 We STILL have NOT received a phone call back from Orkin even though they responded pleasantly to my review on Google telling us to call them. We have left more than 10 messages for the manager Justin and not one phone call received back to us. I have also updated with a new picture of the broken leaf guard that has now fallen off our roof completely.

David T. was great: friendly and knowledgeable. He may do this with all his customers, but I feel like he went above and beyond. Hopefully my pest problem is over, but if I have to contact Orkin again, I’d be happy if David showed up.
