There was a spider infestation in the rental I had just moved into. Orkin did manage to get rid of most of the spiders, but here's the problems I had: 1. The spiders were never completely gone, despite them coming out multiple times. 2. What they did kill were Earth worms... A lot of them... And I was quite sad to see this, because that has a negative impact on the soil. 3. They gave me a hard time about scheduling. I even overheard the woman I had spoke to on the phone, who had been nice to me, talking poorly about me to the man who was sent out to do pest control... Simply because Orkin did not show up within the time frame they told me they would. When Orkin did not show up, I left to go run an errand. They messaged me and wanted me to drive back home... Which I did. I moved a lot of stuff around in my schedule for them, and they just think of me poorly and treat me poorly, as if my time didn't matter to them at all. Most of the men sent out to do pest control were reasonably polite. I did find out that other local pest control providers will provide the same service, maybe even better, for a fraction of the price.
