Alfonso is “our guy”, he is the one that comes out every time which is very nice. He knows all the issues we’ve had in the past and our preferences. We have been with A+ Pest Control since 2004 and have never once thought about changing companies. They recently transitioned over to Orkin Pest Control, and there has been no change in the personable customer service. If we have any issues in between treatments, they come out immediately and treat at no charge. Obviously, we are completely satisfied since we have been with this company for 20 years. I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ every time.

Your technician, Richard (sorry don't remember his last name) is an exceptional representative for Orkin! Richard, from day 1, has been personable and extremely attentive to details. Since he has been servicing our home we have not seen any pests! This young man is a true professional and he does an exceptional job! Keep him! Richard is,, in my opinion, is a True Asset to Orkin! They help me with any questions or services I need. They are always polite and courteous. He calls before coming, they send a picture of my serviceman before he gets here. I like that for security. Great company. The product they use works every time!

Product is decent, but expect to be told you will be given notice for services and then they show up at your door on a weekday afternoon with no notice and expect you to be home. We miss all of our services because my wife and I work 9-5’s and Orkin doesn’t seem to understand that or want to schedule anything. They would prefer to just show up and be surprised you’re not there.

I will never use Orkin again. The techs are great. Scheduling sucks. Late notification if any at all. High priced. Continual up sell for more unwanted services. Will never use again. I would give zero stars if this was an option.
