Always happy with the same technician that is nice and contacts me early enough to let the dogs one more time out before he arrives. Thanks to the service we had no fleas or ticks in the yard or the house and the mosquito service limits these little blood sucker's quiet a bit out in the country with all trees around us.

Orkin has been great for pest control. Always notifying me via text the day before to provide a time window for their service. Receive additional texts when they are on their way. Asks me questions highlighting my concerns when they arrive. Sprays inside and outside. Very friendly. When I explained my concerns about flies he provided pressurized fly bait for me to keep and showed me how to use it. Thanks!

This business has been an over all good experience for me. A few of the things I like about this company they work with you on your billing dates If you need it to be flexible they also give a week notice before a visit you get your time slot the day before all by text.all staff iv spoken with over the year have been friendly and professional. Now there was an issue I had for about three months there was a period of time where it seemed there may have been staffing issues for our area and we had different technicians show up and seem like they where unaware of the specific need to the issues we had originally hired for; however we have had the same tech the last three or for months and he's been on it with our specific needs for us. If your deciding on a business that's right for you its up to you to do your do diligence some of the initial payments on the contracts can be expensive food for thought.
