Orkin has been great, the tech is polite and thoughtful about how and where he applies solution, and has been the same tech for two years, he remembers us and what problem spots were last visit. We’ve had way better luck with Orkin than other pest control companies that seemed to come out and barely staunch the ant problem temporarily during a season. Orkin gets rid of them for a reasonable price and if the problem doesn’t fully resolve, they come back out for free.

Was told it would take 60-90 days to know if chemicals took effect, but was later told after 30 id have to pay the $1800 again even if it didn't work. This is a great way to get people who don't know what they are doing locked into high interest contracts.

We have seen a dramatic drop in spiders and creepy crawly things since Orkin has been treating our home. We love that it is natural and safe to our dog. Dalton the technician has a teaching spirit about him and very professional and courteous. It has been a wonderful experience from start to finish.

They have always been professional, friendly, on time or they have called if running late or asking if they can come sooner when close-by which is always helpful. I have also found them to be very knowledgeable of what they are here to do and always asking if there is any issues then quick to act on them. I have had to change my appointment in the past due to unforeseen circumstances and the office personnel are quick to reschedule! Thank you for all you do!

Crew installed devices to make my attic pest free. Everything was installed very professional way. They will come back once a year for four more years to inspect my attic and if it's not pest-free they will install more devices, and if I hear anything they'll come and take a look and install more devices. I would have given them a five-star except they moved all my furniture on my patio to do their work, they did not put the furniture back the way it was.

We were given a time period that the Orkin tech would arrive. He actually showed up early. We appreciated that. Dalton was thorough. He explained what he was going to do. He was persistent in solving the problem. He did an excellent job. He was very personable. We haven't seen any bees!

We are so lucky to have Orkid! And all of the employees have been top notch. I will say though Kyra is the best!! So friendly and understanding. Amazing people person, and absolutely professional. I am typically the one that is running late to open the door or what have you. But she is always on time. And she never minds. Does such a thorough job. Goes above and beyond. And if there’s something I need done extra that can’t be done in that appointment, she will get me scheduled as soon as possible to come back. We’re so lucky to have Orkid. They’ve helped with our pest issues, but we continue to work with them to stay up on any future issues just in case. Amazing company with wonderful employees. Five stars. Would recommend.

Leroy has been our “Orkin Man” for a few years now, and he is the best. Highly recommended based on all the key stuff like price, results, etc. but he really stands out when it comes to customer service. It’s only five stars because I can’t rate them higher.
