The tech came out on time but I wonder if he really got a good assessment of my basement & possible entry points. Although that may be the way it’s done. He was professional & provided what I think is good information. The Inspector is scheduled to come out in 2 weeks. I think I was under the impression that would be done on the first visit.

Representative arrived on time, I got notice ahead of time that he was on his way, was courteous, polite, and very careful with the cat that was located in the area who was checking. I’ve tried other companies, and this is the best I’ve ever had. The text that come in are just so personable and so helpful and so concerned about animals in the house that they’re OK and that they can get their job done without interrupting anybody. Will continue to use this company they’re the best!

Levi is hands down one of the friendliest, competent people we have had the pleasure of working with in ANY field. What started as a call for sugar ants over a year and a half ago, turned into a trusted service relationship, where we see him each season. He does a phenomenal job, is thorough and talks us through every step. Levi isn’t just an amazing tech but an amazing human being as well. He takes the time to acknowledge our son, who is non-verbal, and also ask how the family is doing. We all always look forward to Levi ringing our doorbell and getting rid of the pesky bugs that come with each season.

My technician was able least 30 mins to an hour late; however he did call and let me know about a scheduling issue and apologized for the inconvenience. I appreciate that customer service. Having never had a pest control service we didn’t know what to expect. Personality, professionalism 100%. The technician that came out was very reassuring, but given that this was our first initial visit we had a lot of questions at the time and a lot of questions later. The spray did take 3 hours or so to dry and it was covering more than just the baseboards and “cracks and crevices”, much more of a mess than what we expected based on what the original call to the call center stated it would be, in the cracks and crevices on the baseboards (not the floors) and dry within 10-15 minutes. The branch manager reached out within the hour of my inquiring call after the services were performed. I was happy he listened to any concerns, answered all the questions and put our mind at ease for future service appointments. We believe the next appointment scheduled may have been pressing the technician for time, including the amount of drive time.
