I did not have a service done by this company, but as I was shopping in Lowe’s today for what I believe is a possible mouse in my home, a gentleman from work and passed by and asked me what I was trying to get rid of. He advise me on how the sprays don’t work and saved me $35 and also told me what was the best product to buy and explained what to do with the exterior of my home. This man was off the clock and was shopping for his own personal needs, and still took the time to assist me and helping new guy out. I would like for the management team to see this and let them know how good of an employee they have and hopefully increases pay Thank you, Josh. That’s all I had was his first name but thank you.

Jacob came today our house today to address our rodent concerns, and he was absolutely amazing! He was very attentive, addressing all of our concerns and explained everything he did. He definitely went the extra mile and we couldn’t be happier with his service!

Three different technicians came for a total of six times. The first one did not bring the correct paperwork for the applicable service. All three gave different advice on things we could do to help with the success of the treatment. The last one submitted a final report with incorrect information about the status of our situation. This was two weeks ago. I have reached out to the office twice for a corrected report and have not received a response. I would not use this business again and I do not recommend it.

To get someone to call me back was a joke. The gentleman who came to my home, Jake, was amazing! And because of him is why I'll use this service again. Great with my child, and pets. Amazing service, Thank you Jake from Orkin!

The tech arrived about 45 minutes late. Apologized and was very friendly and helpful with my questions. No problem with the service while he was here. A suggestion for the future is for someone to notify the customer when you are running that late.

I have been with Orkin for 3 months and have had the worst experience. I received a message on Saturday that Orkin was going to come Tuesday. I called the office and no one picked up. Then I called again and left a voicemail to reschedule the appointment as per the text and left a voicemail that said to reschedule the appointment since we would not be at home. Not only did Orkin ignore my request to reschedule, but the field rep came at 9AM. It looks like Orkin is just doing whatever is easiest for them, not their customers... Finally, the mosquitos have not gotten any better. So I keep paying for this service which is not helping the mosquitos... and I have to deal with AWFUL service. I keep hearing this won't happen again but it keeps happening - every single appointment since July. The last time my husband had to tell the field rep that he needed to do the mosquito spray. It wasn't his fault that the corporate office didn't tell him what services we paid for. Bottom line they do Not show up on time or ever pick up the phone and do not work around your schedule. They do what is easy for them. After all of these issues, no one has even offered any discounts for anything for these services. I called them today to talk about this awful service and ask them if there’s any penalties to cancel and the lady just said “I’ll take care of it” .. she didn’t even care to keep me as a customer. I didn’t ask to cancel but after that response, I told her go ahead and cancel.

Scheduled a service for a large hive of Yellowjackets in our porch roof we found after waking up to some in our home and also a routine preventative spray. Took time off work to make sure I would be home during the 2 hour arrival window and no one called or showed up. I called the national service who connected me to Queensbury, they gave no apology and put me on for today from 4-6. It’s now almost 7pm with once again no call and no one showing up. Would absolutely not recommend them, especially if you have something you’d like taken care of quickly.

The Orkin service person came at the wrong time. I had changed the time to 2 to 4 PM and they came the original time 10-12. I had called two days previous and received an email stating they would be here from 2 to 4 pm then I received an email that they had finished and I had to reschedule an appointment for them to come inside because no one was here, if there is a time change, I wish the local Orkin would notify the service people and not tell me that the change is OK. I assume the service man or woman was not informed of the change. Thank you very much.
