Disgusted how you treated my friend Eleanor who entrusted your services to fix an issue she had. Not only did you not fix her problem, but you gave her the run around and stole her money. Your actions are absolutely disgusting. When you don’t provide the service that was requested to fix the issue, you have a duty to refund that person. Instead you want to play games and keep telling her to call back so that she gets frustrated enough to stop requesting the refund she rightly deserves. I will be ensuring to get your location and name out to everyone to ensure they know what a fraud this location is and how they treat people.

So glad I called Orkin! I had them out to my home 3 months ago for a mice problem. Joseph immediately identified all of the access points the little buggers we’re getting in and went to work at blocking the access with steel wool, foam filling, whatever it took. He set traps throughout my basement and some of the more active spots in my kitchen cabinets. He showed me areas I would need to block and I took his advice and made the necessary repairs. Within days the mice were gone. Now while I would love to believe this is the last I will see of Pepino and Gus Gus, I went ahead and signed up for the quarterly visits. Joseph returned today and confirmed that there appear to be no active mice in the home but still went about replacing the traps and spraying my basement to try to lessen the amount of crickets and spiders, based on the amount he saw trapped in the glue traps. Joseph is always so professional and detailed in his approach, giving me explanations on why things happen and what to look for. He is one of the main reasons I am staying with Orkin as I don’t feel like I was being sold something I didn’t need, nor was I spoken down to as some service people tend to do when they encounter an older woman. So Orkin and Joseph you both are 5 Stars in my book.

Initially I was very impressed with the service. I called with a request for immediate servicing for a bee issue. An appointment was booked for the very next morning which relieved me. However, the service person did not show in the window provided. So, because time was of the essence for me, I called Orkin again. The agent/ manager had to determine what the issue was with the service person, and said he would call me back in 5 minutes. And he did! He explained why the service person had not shown up but promised he would be there within 45 minutes. He arrived in less than 30 minutes. He got right into my problem. Hopefully it will work for a while. I am very grateful that I could get an appointment on such short notice, and that the agent/manager got me a service person asap. Now, that is service. Thank you.

From start to finish, Orkin was amazing to deal with. I had a mouse issue that they figured out and quickly rectified. The home inspector was honest and efficient, and extremely accommodating He pushed to get my job done quickly because he knew how upset I was. The technicians who came to do the job were beyond fabulous ! They made a very upsetting situation so much more tolerable just by being kind, professional , and thorough! I would tell you dont bother calling anyone else. Orkin is the one !!!!!
