Do NOT use this service. They take weeks to respond once they have your money and will lie and tell you whatever you want to hear over the phone. Each rep I spoke with gave me different information. The cockroach infestation has gotten worse and I’m now out $400. If you live in NYC DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Very bad service; lied to me about their contract and fees. Cancelled appointments several times after having me empty all my kitchen cabinets in order to spray inside. Spent less than 30 minutes spraying my entire house and didn't use potent enough pesticides to get rid of the roaches. Worst of all, the roaches have not been eliminated. Will never use this company again.

Charged $108 on card for a service I already paid in cash when the exterminator was here. Called for refund, told me it was confirmed and will take 5-10 business days to process. 10 business days later I still don’t have my money, I called again, rep told me she forwarded my request and the local team would be recaching out to me. They did not.

I have to deal with bench of people whom don't responsible for appointments and not staying with schedules what they offer to customer.

My appointment was scheduled between 10:00 and 12:00 on 6/20/23. No one showed up in this time frame and no one called me to say anything. I called Orkin to inquire. After I explained what happened, the rep asked me if I wanted to reschedule but, he didn't give me an explanation as to what happened. I asked him what happened, he placed me on hold and when he came back, he informed me that the tech was still going to come and give me my mosquito treatment. It was after 2:00pm when he arrived. The service he gave was very good but, my entire morning into the early afternoon was wasted and Orkin offered me no apology. Not professional whatsoever.

The techs are good. The customer service on the phone is horrendous. No one returns calls. They seem not to want any business. For 4 to 5 weeks, I tried calling for in between service. I am still waiting for someone to call me back. Even the numbers listed on Google took messages, but no return call. I am seriously thinking of cancel services with them.

The exterminator is amazing Jose. The office in the other hand are so unprofessional that I don't have time to list the times that the lady answering the phone is rude as rude can be. The only reason I haven't dropped the services is because the guys doing the actual work. I'm so frustrated to receive a text telling me that my schedule appointment is for such a date and If I don't want it call the office. When you call she said well is no appointment available that day. Don't get me started with the sales pitch sale, " if a rodent get in a trap just call call us we'll be here to dispose of it." Never happens they tell you pick them up and put it in the trash.
