Very helpful and thorough first visit with Orkin! Giovanni came and even had to wait for me since I didn’t hear him the first time he called and rang the door bell! I’m hoping that all the thorough work pays off to get rid of these cockroaches!

I was very impressed with Giovanni, the Orkin representative who was there to deal with a serious roach infestation. He was smart, knowledgeable, confident and answered all my questions. He was the first person to actually listen to the history and details of the problem and develop a plan accordingly.

After several calls in July to finally schedule an appointment for mid August the serviceman never showed. Now in October after several more calls to schedule an appointment a tech called to say he was available to come by. Though extremely polite and personable he wasn’t “certified yet “ to change the termite nate’s on my property. Felt like a placate visit for the delays. Plan to schedule a follow up to have the baits changed.Orkin should do better.

Ants everywhere due to account and management incompetence!! We started seeing small ants coming up floor board in May after having work done in crawl. Had a baby in March so scheduled consultation and follow up quickly. Guy was wonderful sprayed in crawl and on board. He had us check for leaks and seal up floor. Month later our follow-up cancels so we go out. Few hours later we see Orkin spraying our bushes on camera!! We discover they sprayed for mosquitoes not ants. Month later the ants are back! We call to fix the issue and instead they keep telling us we have a mosquito package and first available appointment is week out. Refuse to expedite or refund. Now the ants are everywhere including our baby’s room, counters, bathroom, dining table, closets and couches. It took 4 agents to finally resolve. However, the infestation is now so severe due to such horrible service and massive error that every single room has ants. Update: Orkin finally came on 8/26 and hundreds of ants are out eating the gel in kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately, the gel lost potency after one day. Long story short stay away from Orkin. We even tried calling the number below after review and they still did nothing. Orkin is a terrible company

They came to service for 2 bees nests. There was only around 4 dead bees after 1week. The bees are all still going into my house. I called to have them back for the 30 day guarantee told me they won’t be I. The neighborhood for another week. At this rate their 30 guarantee is useless since the 30 will be almost up! Requested a refund still have not received a call back. I just keep getting these stupid texts that say they are coming! I might as well not gotten the service at all!!!

Not blaming the guy who came to our house, but an exterminator arrived completely unannounced and started spraying our yard with chemicals without even telling us beforehand. We sent several emails and calls to the company (which were not answered) canceling any future appointments because the pricing they gave us after the initial inspection was crazy. 20k for mice removal. That’s right 20 thousand dollars. Despite cancelling any future services, an exterminator randomly showed up with no notice beforehand, knocked on our front door, and when did not answer he just started spraying chemicals around our house and bushes without speaking to us at all.

Jose has consistently gone above and beyond in his role—not only is he polite, punctual, and professional, but he also truly understands our unique situation and handles it with care and attention to detail every time. Despite some account and address complications, (in house) Jose has always known exactly where to go and what needs to be done. I also want to thank Giselle for her patience, kindness, professionalism, help and for taking the time to update Jose directly when the account changes weren’t reflected properly—because they both already had such a strong understanding of the issue, he was able to step in and continue delivering seamless service. Jose Ramos is a true asset to Orkin. His professionalism, reliability, and problem-solving skills stand out, and I genuinely believe he deserves recognition—and a raise—for the work he does. David the specialist came over today and help treat the aunt and carpenter be infestation. He did a great job in explaining the whole treatment process to me. Thank you
