Service is good, they address the issues with insects. Their prices go up all the time, I will be canceling my service as a result of the last increase. If I need an exterminator, I will call when needed, Orkins prices are out of control.

Your services are very good. However you are hard to contact ,hard to reschedule. But you still charge ontime even if you haven't been to the house... Due to Dr. Appointments for me and my wife, we can't always keep our appointment. We call atleast two days ahead and never get a call back or rescheduled.

Amazing service from technician Kyle Knox! Called early in the morning for a cockroach problem and Orkin sent out a technician same day. Not only did Kyle arrive on time, he called me to let me know he was in front of my house so there was no surprise. Answered all of my questions about the product, how it was going to be applied and gave safety tips to help keep my toddler and pets safe. Very professional, yet down to earth and easy to talk to. Would HIGHLY recommend Kyle to anyone in need of OrKin's services. Sad to see that he might not be servicing my area in the future. Orkin will continue to have my business in the future for any extermination needs!

Have been an Orkin customer for 15 years. The service is always impeccable. We have no ants inside and few wasps outside, which are common in our neighborhood. We still have other good insects around, like bees. I would recommend this business to others for pest control.
