Have mouse problems and signed up for program as described. Tec Ryan was on time, very pleasant and respectful and did his job as supposed by company. “Treatment” was mostly setting up traps . Which I have been doing all along by myself . I pointed out gaps in garage doors and that mice are coming in there. He set traps . Just as I do myself ... And I explained I am catching as mani mice as I set traps There was no sealing work done . What are we looking for as a result ? So far I am confused and disappointed Please note it is not the Tec,s fault. But the service you did is not worth $266 at this time . I want to cancel and a refund . Thank you See More

Oliver is fantastic. We’ve been able to enjoy our yard much more with the comfort of knowing diseases aren’t lurking from ticks or mosquitoes and we can even leave a door ajar for a while without fear of being overrun by insects. We haven’t had any rodent issues inside either. We had our house Re insulated by Orkin as well and all in all I couldn’t be happier with everything they’ve done. I believe we have the best of the best as far as service goes too. Oliver is kind, thoughtful, respectful and very caring when it comes to our home, our family and our needs. ? awesome!
