We have contacted these people to fix our cockroach problem, they charged me $321 plus tax for one time service. The day they came they put a spray on but nothing happen to the roaches. The next day I called them because we started to see cockroaches in other places. They didn't solve my problem. We asked for a refund and they didn’t so I highly recommend contacting other people when it comes to roaches!!

Normally good service. Today’s service was good, as usual, however there was no early notification of coming other than the tech calling minutes before arrival. Typically I get a text when they will be coming. Also the normal scheduled date of service has been altered several times over the past year.

Orkin was very good at the beginning and able to explain what kind of services are needed. I only gave three stars as it is frustrating that I am only notified of the day the service will take place about two days prior and the time is only about thirty minutes before. I am not able to take an entire day off work for them to come for thirty minutes or less so some more advanced notification or extended hours would be appreciated

Awesome service! Kenneth explained everything well and did an excellent job. Thank you. I just got home from work this morning on 10/24/23, the day after Kenneth was here and the mouse was dead in the trap next to my fridge. I’m so happy I called Orkin and Kenneth!!! Very affordable monthly pricing. If you have a problem with rodents or any termites I highly recommend Orkin in Lincoln, Nebraska!!!

Seemed very professional but didn't bring outside mouse bait / traps. I talked with him and he said he will bring them next week. So I will be waiting to see if they are delivered and set up by next Wednesday. I need the mice control badly before they start coming in the house. I have seen them running down my driveway and trying to get in house. I expect to see them next Wednesday. Thank you

The gentleman that comes to our home and does the service for us is extremely professional and friendly. Always makes sure there are no issues that need to be addressed since our last service. Scheduling department on the other hand is awful. I requested when I signed up for service with Orkin that I could not have my resident serviced during the week as I have an in home daycare. The lady I spoke with said she would make sure it was noted on my account Saturday's only. Everytime I receive a message that service is coming up it is scheduled for a weekday and I have to call and get it rescheduled. You would think after months and months of this it would be corrected by now. I also have auto pay set up on my account so every month the money due is taken out. I have had months where I have paid my dues and never received service for the month or received a call explaining why. I try and call and talk to a supervisor/ manager only to be sent to voice mail. Very frustrating because I really am pleased with the technician that comes out and that I don't have to worry about ants and spiders, but billing/scheduling need to get it together.

I was a little disappointed that the person who came to spray started spraying next door instead of our house. We have a very clear address on the side of our house. All he needed to do was look at our house. Other than that he was pleasant and sprayed inside and outside.
