Our pest control tech, Wilkes, was awesome. He was very informative and thorough. He send a text with his arrival time and was prompt. He explained the services that he was providing and some tips on how to help combat the pest control with house fixings, such as ensuring outside vents are secured as well as plumbing structures. Would definitely recommend.

My Orkin guy Alfredo Always takes good care of me. He does an excellent job and communicates with me when I’m not available to be home and checks in with me. He’s very professional, responsive, and always on time. I had to have a special service done for fleas, and he did a very thorough job. It cost me extra, but it was worth it. The fleas have not been as much of a problem as they were before the treatment.

Two weeks ago a tech came to my home to perform their services. Did not call to let anyone know he was coming. No one was there to authorize services that day so the tech said that he serviced the outside only without permission and charged the full amount for the outside and inside. No one has proof that anything was done at all. No invoice was signed by anyone to authorize the service that day. My wife called the company office and was told that we were charged the full amount because of what the tech said. If no one was there, it should have been rescheduled instead of saying that the services were performed and then signing the invoice yourself. My bank is looking to reverse the charges.
