We started having a major issue with ants earlier this year and finally gave in to hire professionals. We saw improvement immediately. Most recently, our family was unexpectedly on our way out of town when the tech arrived and I realized I'd forgotten to reschedule. We were rushing around trying to get our family together so he kindly offered to just handle the outside and let us reschedule the inside when it is convenient. He was friendly and did not appear put out. We were already under stress so his attitude was very appreciated.

Great service; excellent technician. My home was bombarded with centipedes. Two other pest control companies would not guarantee they could get rid of them. Since using Orkin, I have not experienced any problems with any type of insects. I did not give 5 stars because their pricing is higher than similar services offered by other companies.
