I've only had service for just under a year. So far all of my interactions have been very professional and the techs have been really personable. I've only had 2 techs so far, which makes it easier to get comfortable with letting them in your house. The one today even remembered that my daughter was heading off to college the last time he was here (approx. 8 months ago). I was really impressed with his memory.

Our technician was extremely polite and friendly very kind and attentive. Mr Robert is absolutely the most professional and kind tech we’ve maybe ever had! He is thorough and complete! We haven’t had any issues with bugs or anything since he’s started. Thanks Orkin!

Horrible service due to an emergency I had to leave I contacted orkin to cancel my upcoming service and asked if I could postponed my account until I return. I do not like anyone doing any service at my place when I am not there I like to make sure services are being completed. The lady I spoke with told me they couldn't postpone my account so I requested my account to be cancel she then ask if I could hold on, a guy came on the phone I talked with him. I only needed my service to be postponed for a couple of weeks the guy agreed and responded for me to call when I came back. The next day I received a call from orkin stating they were on there way, I responded my service was canceled know one was supposed to be there, the guy stated the can just treat the outside I stated no I don't want anyone there. He stated since they were there already could they just treat the outside and they wouldn't charge me. A couple of weeks later I received a bill and money was talken out of my bank accout .when I contacted them about it they stated that I.agreed for them to come and treat the outside only which was a lie, I don't like no one there when I'm not there so I wouldn't have agreed to that, also I have the guy on camera pulling into my driveway and sitting in the truck never once got out and treated the outside of my house, which he sent a report in that he did. When I told Mike about the video that shows proof the guy didn't do his job he stated well the guy took pictures. He is suppose to treat all around the house does the pictures shows my backyard being treated I stated to Mike, he stated no just the front yard right now this guy has never pulled up in my driveway ever he always pull in by the curb. This day when he knew I wasn't there pulls up by the curb first waited a few minutes then pulls in my driveway and opens his door and sits there then few minutes later leaves. Instead of offering my money back Mike states we can send the guy back out, I don't do business with dishonest people who falsified statements I didn't say and falsified reports. I lost my money and they lost a loyal customer.

i was quoted $196 to start services and $43 every other month just to be charged $43 every month. according to previous reviews i am not the only one who was quoted something incorrect. when i reached out about this issue i was told my call would be pulled and i would get a call back in a few days. it has been 3 weeks and i have yet to hear from any manager. why would i pay a monthly fee for a bimonthly service? especially when i was still having insects get into my home. all the techs we had were great but services won’t be continued on my end due to the lack of poor communication. update: as soon as i left this review all of a sudden i got a call from orkin the next business day. however they didn’t leave a message. exactly what i mean by poor communication.

Technician was wonderful. Very professional, thorough and polite. Customer service girl, Paulina, not so much. Rude, not helpful and hung up on me during phone call!! Until technician came, I was going to quit Orkin for good. Don’t need the rudeness. Been customers for over 20 years.

Amazing customer service! Moved into a new home recently and realized we have a camel cricket problem, Orkin was able to make it out in less than 24 hours to start the process of getting rid of them. Blake let us know when he was on his way, was super professional and informative once he got here and took care of our property very quickly!
