Scheduled service between 12-2 but no call and no one arrived. At 1:50 the branch manager called to "see how things were going". I explained no one had shown up and I'd been waiting for 2 hours. He offered no explanation but offered to reschedule. Horrible service - will never call again.

Honestly such a joke. I paid over 300$ for a pest treatment, which fixed absolutely nothing. Tech they sent was unprofessional. They only offered me half of a refund. So i had to pay this company 300+ for a guy to come in with a spray can for 8 minutes. And still have to figure out the pest problem because their spray can didnt work. Congratulations on scamming a young single mom. 0/10 do not recommend

Although we did have an issue with the technician that came on site to one of my rental properties, the claims department did issue a partial refund and agreement to compensate us for the damage that occurred.

One star for Orkin coming by to help with pest control. Second star for being responsive. Lost three stars due to lack of transparency and not being able to take action to take care of contract issue. I don’t like to put any names out there but for those who are looking for a review. Please read every paper you sign because they won’t tell you, “it’s an annual contract”. You are stuck with them for a year with reoccurring payments even if you don’t need them to come back after couple of months. Keep in mind, you are STUCK with them for a year and there is nothing you can do. ?‍♂️

Rebecca smith, is very unprofessional. She emails doesn’t return calls. They don’t come to let us know when the service is. They don’t take payments in advance. Rebecca is money hungry and doesn’t care if you have went through a death she will make up pay when there wasn’t a service at all. Tim is honestly caring and good to work with so is Christopher. There was no changing when they did come a spray. Rebecca will cancel you without even letting you know. She needs to be fired. She’s the worst so is the girl Kayla.

I have been paying for service every month. It started because either a mouse or a squirrel was living in my attic. Now that I know it is s squirrel, they can't do it or it is going to cost me. I have been paying for service that they don't really do anything in the winter. They come every other month, but they have not been to my place in over 2 months. The first guy that came out was the best.

my branch at least doesn't seem to care much about anything. I've been trying to cancel because of them not doing a lot of their jobs like patching outside holes, I had to catch my own mice but still paid for it, and everyone has been pretty apathetic whenever I'd try to bring anything up. I just wouldn't recommend, honestly.

Nick come out to provide service in my restaurant. Nick and I went through what needs to be done to tackle the mice problem. Upon scheduling the technician Brandon come out and ignored our appointment, spent little over 15 min and left. All the discussion and areas of coverage was ignored. Their service is unprofessional, when called the office their manager (Andrew) who happens to be listening them ignored my concerns that service was not fully completed. Andrew, the manager has provided zero assistant is tackling this issue and when told him a cancellation he said no refund for you and that service was completed. If you do not want regret do not contact this company they will steal your money and provide you with fake service. The worst customer service and unethical company I have seen in my life. Andrew the manager is a joke.
