The first visit and inspection was not as thorough as I thought it would be for the money paid. Technician was nice enough but not very ambitious. It was a rainy day and technician came into the house and across the area rugs with no covering over her shoes. Also, felt that the amount of supplies used was limited and on the low end to control insect problem.

They failed in every possible way they could’ve failed. They initially tried to apologize with a $50 refund. I’ve paid almost $400, follow their protocol of vacuuming religiously, it’s been nearly a month, and I still have fleas in my rental unit. I’ve called three times, promised that I would get a follow up call… it’s been three days and nothing. I feel like they stole my money and just completely dropped the ball. I’m so disappointed, and I’m losing rental income. How can I rent out a unit with fleas jumping around? They still bite us as we paint. I’ve got proof to back my claims and I’m ready to post it on social media.

They came to spray my house with a insecticide that stained my siding that can't be cleaned off. Even though I asked the applicator before he sprayed if it would stain my siding. He said no. Guess he was wrong! Their insurance company will not get back to me to pay for the damage they caused.Worst experience and customer service ever. Do not use this company.

Called to get help with a rodent problem at summer cottage. Asked if they serviced my area which they confirmed was yes. Phone gentleman was nice, informative, and I agreed on price and scheduled a visit for the next day or the following Saturday. They said they would call to confirm but never called so I called them back after Saturday was missed. They blamed the Microsoft problem but said the branch would call me right back. After 3 days of no followup, I called them back again. They said they scheduled the visit for three weeks out but never called me. This company is not dependable. We found a great local company who has next day service and a much lower price. Avoid Orkin as you will only waste your time. I will share my experience with many. Service and communication matter.

Orkin came to remove a wasp nest from our roof. Whatever they sprayed on the nest got all over our siding and our roof shingles. There was absolutely no regard for the appearance of our home, I’m honestly not really sure what he was thinking. After rain and many attempts to clean it, it appears to be stained permanently. We have tried to reach the local manager to resolve this and while the customer service team has been apologetic, no one in management has returned our call. We are extremely disappointed with the carelessness and disregard for the customer experience. Not to mention really angry that our home is now permanently damaged.
