Love the inspectors and the service crew (all very nice) but the scheduler is not organized at all. Either that, or the eldersburg company one is just completely short staffed. I work Monday through Friday and it’s very hard to find a time to schedule an appointment to take off work and then reschedule because nobody shows up. Or the wrong person shows up. This incident happened 4 times to us. 1. There was a miscommunication between the sectetary and the tech 2. The technician never showed and they has to reschedule again 3. The technician and the inspector showed up in separate days 4. Wrong technician came out (after we specifically asked another technician to come out). 5. No technician showed up at all. It’s very unfortunate because the company charges a lot. So far, I have paid about $850 Ha!! For this type of service. It’s unfair. Their sale pitch: we’re ranked the best on the best business burau.

This business is outstanding! My technician is Rick and I’m extremely happy with him. He is knowledgeable and happy to explain everything. Rick goes above and bring his job and I feel like he is a friend. More important he has been effective with every visit. I can’t say enough good things about Rick ands he has formed my positive opinion of the business single-handedly In addition to Rick, My wife spoke to Scott and she appreciated his forthright communication regarding the business. A third employee who handled the scheduling has also been phenomenal. Great business. Will recommend to others!!

Our customer serviceman, Donya, was professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. Orkin was very accommodating when making appts. They sent emails & texts to let us know they were on their way. The 1st gentleman I spoke with on the phone was thorough when explaining the process of bee removal. I just had this done today, so it should take 2 days till the bees are gone. I can't wait to have my house back again!

The lady who helped me book over the phone was amazing and I was excited Orkin was going to take care of our wasp problem. Unfortunately, the tech who arrived late didn’t seem to care or even want to do his job. He said he was missing multiple things required to help with our wasp problem. I called back two days after treatment requesting more help and have yet to hear back.

We’ve been using Orkin’s services for well over a year. Had a few different professionals from the company come out to apply the product in and around the house. Always friendly and very professional. Pretty consistently though, Ted has been servicing our home. Super professional and super nice guy. Very pleased with our choice to use Orkin. Mainly the only time we see any bugs or mice is after they have been caught.
