The manager told me that "no company covers carpenter bees or flying pests in their contract services." The first 2 companies I called on Angie's list both cover flying pests, including carpenter bees. So I gave up on Orkin and went with one of the other companies highly rated on Angie's list. Brand recognition is just not worth it.

OVERALL THE COMPANY DOES A GOOD JOB. THEY COME OUT EVERY TIME THEY SAY THEY ARE. AND THEY COME IN AND GET THE JOB DONE. THEY ASK IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SPRAY. I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY INSECTS SINCE.
