Everyone from service tech to management has been horrible to work with. The service tech never actually inspected anything, only came in to scan the barcodes and left. The branch manager and the tech had differing quotes for the same service and the person I emailed with to remedy the issue, Aaliyah couldn't have been any less helpful. She was unresponsive and unhelpful with every single issue they created. I would have to email her multiple times to get any sort of response and she was rude and uninterested in fixing their errors and "making it right." The office then went on to charge our card 3 different times for services that were not completed and it took weeks to get the credits back. After emailing multiple times about canceling their service due to very poor quality work, they still sent the technician who went on to process a false report that he serviced the location. Absolute joke! We had been loyal customers for several years. Clearly the company is only interested in checking their boxes and collecting money for providing zero actual service.

Mark, the inspector who came by first was knowledgeable and kind, and helped put me at ease about the situation. Earl came by afterwards and he was wonderful. I especially appreciated that he took my dog into consideration when laying out traps, I thought that was very sweet. Everyone was prompt and helpful, and I was assured Earl would come back in two weeks to check on things, but that I can also still call within 30 days if something comes up.

The professional exterminator was very pleasant and throughly answered all my questions. I give him a huge thumbs up. I however, feel the service done was finished quickly so I have serious doubts if we couldn't have done are own extermination just as adequately. A very high price for the services. We will see if it permanently rids of the fleas for this short, brief visit.
