Absolutely fantastic service for my first appointment. They got someone out to me the very next day (which I really needed and appreciated so much bc I was having a breakdown over the sudden roaches coming out of my apartment’s outlet). I had Anthony come and he was incredibly knowledgeable, quick, kind, thorough and 100000% worth the price!! He explained everything he was doing, how it worked, and answered all of my questions no matter how silly they were. Thank you so much for all the help and easing my I panicking.

Normally I only post positive reviews on google, but I am so disappointed with Orkin’s service I felt it was best to hopefully save someone else from choosing Orkin if they have an option to go with someone else. I hired Orkin 5 months ago and with ineffective treatment, damage to my property, and unprofessional service, the problem still persists and they have no interest in making things better. I’ve tried multiple times to get things fixed, going directly to Rollins even, and there is still no resolution. Hire a different pest control service if you have the option.

I’m currently currently signed up for an indoor/outdoor treatment 4 times year. I have repeatedly requested a call ahead so I can make sure that I am there. No one has ever called me……until finally this week. I received a text to let me know when they would be at my house. I called them to change The date since I am out of town. Of course they showed up today. Super inconvenient to repeatedly pay for indoor treatment and never receive it.

Usually very good service.. Orkin came out today in a rainstorm and treated the outside of my property. Tried to cancel service completely for the day, but was told they were treating the exterior anyway and would come back and treat the inside another day since I couldn’t be there. I asked if they could treat the outside and inside on the same day, but wouldn’t cancel like I wanted. Why make 2 trips? Why treat the exterior of the home in a downpour?? No sense
