I’ve been using Orkin since I bought my home in 2020. They’ve always done an incredible job at the services they provide, and I really appreciate the time and effort they put into explaining what they are doing, and how they answer all my questions and concerns with professionalism. Orkin prides themselves on doing the job right. They are always willing to come back any time if I notice any pest problems between services. Their techs are friendly and kind, as well as the branch managers, especially Jimmy! This is a great company and I highly recommend them.

December 26, 2023: I called Orkin around approx 6:15am with a pest control issue in my home. I was happy to know that Orkin is opened 24 hours. They had someone at my home at 8:52am this morning. The gentleman that conducted the first phase of their services explained what he would be performing and was very patient when I asked questions about the process! I was concerned because I don’t want family members or myself exposed to the diseases that rodents carry. I was very pleased that Orkin was able to take care of the problem at hand and was able to catch the rodent before things got worse. Based on today’s services, I would definitely recommend Orkin! I’m looking forward to the second phase of the inspection tomorrow, December 28, 2023. I also appreciated Wanda Wallace with Orkin, being helpful and explaining how Orkin conducts their services. She assured me that a technician would do a final inspection to find out how the rodent got in, and would sealed the area. I appreciate Orkin great customer service!

Kevin was awesome! I missed my call before arrival but I heard the door knock! He was very kind. Always great service from Orkin. The service people always are friendly and I end up taking with the service people as they work. Great people exist and Orkin knows how to pick them.

Darius Poppins was amazing. He cleaned out and disinfected our crawl space plus rodent barrier. He discovered where mice were getting into our home and was able to remedy the problem. Also, Joshua Howard performed our initial inspection. He thoroughly discussed our options and helped guide us to make the best decisions for our home. I truly appreciate his customer service approach. He was also amazing.
