The initial service was good. Had an issue with a tech which was handled by the Regional manager. The regional manager personally came and treated the area not treated by the misguided tech. The regional manager is kind, responsive, communicative, and promptly handles issues. I will continue my services based on the Regional Manager’s customer service skills.

Richard is very thorough and provides excellent customer service exceeding my expectations as a customer of Orkin. No more ants for years now! If all Orkin technicians provide the same quality as Richard Burns, I would 10 out of 10 recommend.

We had termite treatment and a dry zone in our crawl space put in. The sales guy Tim Reid told us the termite treatment was good for life and if we ever dug around where it was applied to call them they would do a spot treatment for free. A few years later we had to dig for electric reasons and found out he lied to us they wont come out and reapply without charging us to do so. Apparently the agreement we signed on Tim's Orkin tablet they do not have that agreement. If i could give them 0 stars i would cause now we are out the money on the termite treatment and it is not guaranteed. Now i wonder if the right treatment was even used.

He showed up on time. He wore booties in the house. He was thoroughly and explained what he was doing. Update: We have had Orkin service for a few months now. We are very happy. The employee is always respectful and thorough. Our big problems are under control. Highly recommend!

The Orkin staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. They were on time and did a thorough job. Only thing is that I think smaller jobs should be prorated. I live in a double condo complex so I really don’t have that much to spray (maybe half a house). So, I think it was a bit expensive for that.

The Orkin tech was/is awesome he promised he would get rid of all my bugs “including my spiders” and he did. I was a little skeptical to be honest. I had recently got a few ants that just started coming in and there gone now too. They are very accommodating to my last min cancellation, and the lady whom works in the Bloomington office is very nice and great customer service. I definitely would recommend them 100%.
