I called several local extermination businesses because I had a mouse problem in the garage, I saw signs in the garage of droppings, bag of grass seeds had a hole and seeds were scattered all over the shelf. I was storing potatoes in baskets on a waist high shelf and something was eating them, so I tossed them. There even got into a car, I knew as soon as I opened the door, there were bits of paper all over. Time to clean the car. I caught moma mouse and 3 babies, poppa was absent. I wanted to have this problem taken care of before they got into the house. When I called Orkin, a live person answered the phone and we discussed my problem and I was set up with an appointment with a serviceman. He came out and set traps in the garage and also sprayed inside my house for insects. I haven't seen any mice, and any insects I do find are dead. During the summer I had a wasp problem on my deck, I bombarded them with wasp spray and it didn't effect them at all. So I called Orkin again and they came out and did 1 application of their product and I never saw another wasp, and we were able to enjoy our deck again.
