Very simple process. I called one day and a technician was at my house the next day, on time. She sprayed inside and out. The ants are gone. They'll be back on a regular basis to treat the house for at least one year. Both people I dealt with were very respectful and easy to understand. Every question I had was answered clearly. Great customer service! Switching to Orkin from another company that had terrible customer service. Orkin is night and day. The tech came over, talked me through the process, explained everything, was extremely courteous, and did a full inspection for any problem areas. Orkin makes it easy to swap an appointment if needed plus provides a call back in between visits if there’s pest trouble.

I had a little (very massive) problem! Dustin came out first thing in the morning, assessed the issue, gave recommendations, and also did everything on his end to help me! Within hours of him leaving, there were results! Dustin’s knowledge in this area gave me the peace of mind I needed to survive in my home (seriously).
