I signed up for pest and mosquito control. When Orkin arrived they sprayed my doors and windows. They did not spray for mosquitos "because it was too cold and dew on the ground". That was the first issue. I paid $285 to spray around my doors and windows and the outside of the house. I could of done that with home defense. I called to have someone else come out to spray the yard. Then we decided to just cancel, because it had turned into a huge ordeal. After canceling they sent another person out to spray the indoor and outdoor again on the same day. I sent them home. They do not commute!! They then took out another $285.00 out of our account, which should of been a credit not debit. So now I'm down $570. I was reassured the credit had been issued. Well today the credit was a debit. And a check of $235 was issued for the first credit, supposedly. And a $50 credit was applied to my account, which then disappeared from my account like it was reversed. The $50 credit is gone as well. I don't know how they operate, but this is unprofessional. And definitely no way to keep a new client. On top of that the call center people tell you one thing, but then your told another thing by the branch. They don't do what they say. I was told their call center employees are not necessary trained correctly because they work out of their home. That is just not good.

Great service. Very friendly. Always on time and they want to make sure your happy with their service. So they will come out as often as needed until your pests are under control. Love this company!! Awesome customer service.

Wow, total professionals from start to finish. The guys walked us through each step of the process they were very fast we had the house sealed and insulation removed and replaced, the guys were done in about 6 hours. A+ job.

This branch is hit or miss. Orkin has a great reputation nation wide. Nearly all the technicians who have come to my home have been thorough and professional. However, after paying for a pricey exclusion service, I still had more evidence of rodents and I have had trouble scheduling follow up visits. There seems to be a missing link from the office to the techs in the field. The technician was kind enough to text that he was at the property, but when I shared concerns about rodent activity I got no response.

I have several contracts with Orkin, and I have not been disappointed with one of them. Each time I have a different associate come out, but he’s one or equally courteous, kind, and professional.
