My experience with Orkin has been great so far beginning with Craig on the initial inspection to Technician Will and his coworker who’s name I didn’t catch were very courteous and professional. These men wasted no time and left no stone unturned during the process of termite detection and treatment to eliminate them. I won’t know until some time in the future whether or not the treatment is or has worked but as of now I’m pleased with the care they took in providing a professional service.

The service or lack there of service has been absolutely horrible. Appointment last Monday scheduled between 10 and 12. There was no call from the technician or location to let me know they were behind schedule. I had to call them at 12 to see what the issue was and then to be told that she was running an hour and thirty minutes behind schedule was ridiculous. So I rescheduled for that Thursday between 8 and 10 only to find out at 10AM that day when I called to see what happened this time; to be told my appointment was for 10-12. Ummm no ma'am that was NOT what I agreed to. Needless to say, someone else had to be called to make my service appointment happen because, evidently, the technician originally assigned for Monday and Thursday appointments can seem to work her routes like she needs to. She has no respect for other people's time at all.

Our technician Tyson is fantastic!!! He always does an excellent job. Checks in during the visits to see if we have any concerns with any specific pests or insect activity and goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our service. He is the only tech that has managed to actually keep our home insect-free and we couldn’t be more appreciative for how thorough, professional and friendly he is. Awesome job!

Initial set-up for service was wonderful (their way of getting you to commit). The service thereafter, not so great (scheduled services cancelled, AFTER stating they were at the residence, poor service, charges are not worth services rendered, and after requesting another office to handle the residence I was informed this office was the only one in my area). I will be discontinuing service.

Tyson is a very nice, knowledgeable, asset to your company. He told me what he was looking for, what he was going to do and what to expect. He answered all of my questions. He took care of the problem and said there will be a follow up in 30 days. I would like it if he could be the one to do the follow up since he did the initial visit.
