Austin, the technician,was on time, professional at all times. The Technician was very informative and explained everything he was doing and always checking to see if we had any questions about the service.?.. The Technician went through each room and continued outside. The Technician was friendly and respectful of my home .?

Spray tech came out to do quarterly treatment and did not apply insecticide in correct places then when I asked about it he told me that’s is how they always apply spray. If I was unhappy with the treatment he would make a note to reschedule another appointment for my application. I contacted Orkin newnan office immediately and was told no that was not correct and that they would have the tech come back out immediately to fix the application treatment. Tech showed back up ten minutes later and made all kinds of excuses as to how they apply treatment and apologized. I am extremely happy they Orkin and have been a customer for approximately 18 years and love the professionalism of the office manager J.C to rectify the situation. In the future technicians might need to understand the “where and hows” to apply treatment a little better before applying treatment.
