Will is our tech. He is timely, friendly and extremely professional. He is the reason we switched to Orkin. He did such a great job at my mother n laws house that we switched and could not have been happier with our decision. He goes out of the way to ensure we are satisfied with our service. The service manager Todd just came by for a service call and was absolutely AMAZING. He had the BEST customer service ever. He was able to joke around and be himself unlike other places I’ve gone to where they’re so rude. Definitely happy my parents chose to go with this company for pest control. That man deserves a raise especially cause my 4 year old bugged him every 2 seconds to show him her dinosaurs and he didn’t mind. He did his job fast and efficiently while being so nice.

Great customer service! Will, our service tech is always really nice and the office is easy to get a hold of. He also always puts booties on over his shoes before coming in the house, which is awesome! And the ants and spiders have been staying away. I highly recommend them!

100% A+++ Just moved into a new home that we did not had bugs!! These guys with Orkin, Jonathan, Victor, Tae and the termite guy (name has slipped my memory), we’re ON THE MONEY!! They showed up and immediately I felt safer. They answered all of my questions knowledgeably and patiently. For someone who is very scared bugs this was very important. I now have my pest control (interior and exterior), lawn care (for pests) and termite protection through them. I feel so much better knowing I can go downstairs and not worry about seeing a bug.
