Resident of an apartment complex here. Not only was your technician rude, they sprayed an excess of poison in areas not specified, and overlapping where I feed my cats outside of the kitchen. Didn’t even install the glue traps just left them on my counter! Didn’t even wait for my partner to usher our two cats into the bedroom before they started spraying. Left in 5 mins without even saying a word. Terrible company I would advise you to take your buisness elsewhere

The technicians who actually came out to my property were always very nice and polite, which is the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review. However, the customer service from the front office has been incredibly frustrating. I initially tried to cancel my service a couple of months ago after it became apparent that I really didn't need it anymore, but never heard back. I recently called to cancel again, and while the service was finally cancelled, there was a billing issue. I have sent a couple of emails regarding a dispute over the charges and have received absolutely no response. To make matters worse, when I called yesterday to get some clarity, the woman I spoke with was very rude to me. It is incredibly disappointing to have great face-to-face service from the techs, only to be completely ignored and treated poorly by the office staff when trying to resolve a billing issue. I hope management looks into training their customer service team on basic professionalism and communication.

The Orkin technician that showed up today at my home was outstanding and very knowledgeable about his job and duties, also he made my home safe and the CSR that I had the opportunity to speak to over the phone was Phenomenal and very knowledgeable and helpful as well. They are amazing people and very caring about their customers I will definitely be contacting them in the future for all my questions and concerns about my home.

Terrible experience First appointment went okay and then they never came out again! No call no show appointments i called them out and wanted a refund and they refused because they are lying to us about a 30 day refund. It’s actually 3 days. Yes 3 days. Sneaky bs management team that won’t supply their techs what they need to do their job. It’s a shame because honestly they two techs were awesome but the management side destroys th whole process Thank you Alex I appreciate your work! And to the manager who would never give me a call and the inspector who finally called me back today 4 months later you can go pack sand. Hope you enjoy my $300+ for 20 mouse traps. And don’t bother replying to this with your “we are sorry to hear that please call this number” already did that and you don’t want to resolve anything, just a fake save face

⭐ 1 Star – Beyond Disappointed and Deeply Frustrated I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience with Orkin has been unacceptable from start to finish. For months, I’ve tried to work with them to handle a recurring mouse issue, but communication is almost nonexistent. No one ever calls to confirm appointments — instead, I just get a random notification a few days before someone is supposedly showing up. I’ve asked multiple times for Saturday service because no one is home during the week, but that simple request continues to be ignored. And the results? Terrible. We’re still dealing with active mouse problems, even after paying for professional pest control. The situation got so bad that one chewed through our refrigerator water line, flooding our kitchen and causing over $31,000 in water damage to our home. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of urgency or ownership from Orkin. No follow-up calls, no real plan to fix the problem, and no accountability. I feel completely let down by a company that claims to be a leader in pest control. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend Orkin to anyone. When you’re paying for a service like this, you expect communication, reliability, and — at the very least — results. Unfortunately, Orkin has failed on all three.
