For the second time in a year the local Orkin office failed to contact me before sending someone to service my home under our maintenance contract. That’s 2 service visits I paid full price for where they only sprayed outside. The one they did just before sending me this request for a review was done the first day above freezing, right after several days in a row of sub-zero temperatures and snow. I’m not an expert, but I’m pretty certain spraying for bugs around my doors and windows did NOTHING to kill bugs trying to get in… THEY’RE DEAD ALREADY! Unbelievable.

This latest fellow is very pleasant and a conscientious, hard worker. We don't wear outside shoes in the house and he cheerfully puts on booties to preserve our hardwood floors. Ants did appear after one treatment, but, they all died off because of whatever he had applied. He listens to our concerns and remembers to double treat vulnerable areas of our domicile.
